Horse Camp

Horse Camp is a 6 - day program (girls entering grades 4 - 12) that is run entirely by our staff and is filled with horsemanship experiences like horse science lessons, vaulting, and trail time. They also participate in fun games, daily Bible studies, worship services, campfires, ziplining, archery, riflery, pool time, and much more!

Campers will spend time with their counselors/wranglers who are highly trained and love the Lord. Our greatest desire for your girls is that they grow in their relationships with God. They will be challenged to focus on Jesus and work to please Him alone. They will learn to work together and to serve one another in love.

Early Bird (Aug 31st - Nov 30th, 2023): $499/week

Regular (Dec 1st, 2022 - May 15th, 2024): $550/week

Late (May 16th, 2024 until registration closes): $575/week

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required for registration, with the remaining balance due by your camper's first day of Horse Camp.

Discounts are available in certain situations.

What types of lessons are taught at Horse Camp? The girls are split up into three riding groups according to past experience. They are taught mainly in Western saddles. Lessons in the barn will teach them about horse health, parts of the horse, parts of the saddles, and barn maintenance. We also have lessons every day covering riding, vaulting, and quadrille. How many girls will attend? Each week of Horse Camp has a capacity for 21 girls maximum.

How many girls can be in the same cabin together? Each cabin will accommodate 7 girls, 1 counselor, and 1 WIT (Wrangler in Training).

Are the wranglers CHA Certified? Yes. All of our horse wranglers are CHA Certified, know our horses by name, and are excellent instructors in the arena and on the trail.

When and where is drop off and pick up time? Drop off time will be between 3:30 – 5:00 pm on Sunday. Showdeo/pick-up is at 3:30 pm in the upper parking lot on Friday afternoon (see our Camp Map).
